For a break away with friends or family, this cosy cottage offers a great base between the National Parks of the North York Moors and the Yorkshire Dales. Boasting a charming wood burner for the winter months and a spacious lawned garden for the summer, the property is equipped for memorable stays all year around. Next door, the kitchen has a country style, a dining table seating six and ample space to fix up a feast, all whilst gazing out over the garden views. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms in total, each styled with neutral decor. Two of the rooms boast double beds, whilst the final has twin beds which are perfect for children. Lovely cosy cottage in a friendly village. Well equipped accommodation- everything youre likely to require. Helpful owners who left a very welcome selection of goodies. The stone floors are a bit chilly in the winter so take your slippers!

Perfect stay with our family over Christmas! The cottage was lovely and the owners were great! Very accommodating. They even allowed us to extend our stay, we arrived a day early and then added an extra day on to the end at the last minute due to unexpected illness. Thank you Mr and Mrs Reid, very much appreciated.

Wonderful house in a warm & friendly village - even the neighbour puts your bin out! Nicely located between the Dales and Moors, it gave us a great vantage point to see Yorkshire and an hour away from York. Cannot sing the praises for this house enough for comfort, cleanliness, fully equipped and adequate parking - will look to return
