Next door, the neutral kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare a meal, as well as a dining table seating four guests. The staircase leads to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed alongside a sofa bed adding versatility to the space. This room boasts an en-suite shower room for added privacy. Completing the first floor is the second bedroom which has twin beds which can be pulled together to make a double upon request, which has use of the downstairs family bathroom. Outside, the cottage has its own private garden filled with mature trees and shrubs which come to life in the summer, offering a tranquil place for you to sit and enjoy your natural surroundings.
The local area has some truly breathtaking walking routes, from the serene setting of Linacre Reservoirs (7 miles) to the sights at National Trust Padley Gorge (10 miles). For a change of scenery, head into Sheffield and spend time enjoying the city life. Known for its grand architecture, green spaces and fantastic cafes and restaurants, there’s something to appeal to everyone.
