Fileys Retreat was a last minute booking that turned out to be a little gem. A home away from home with all the facilities, kitchen and dining equipment you need. Comfortable, clean, tastefully decorated and in a quiet village. The village has 4 pubs all around 0.3 miles away from the cottage. Theres two small supermarkets, and a couple of small shRead moreops and takeaways. We tried the chippy which was very nice. The nearest beaches are around a mile or so away, Filey probably about 3 miles. Hide

The accommodation was first class. Every piece of kitchen equipment you could possibly need was there. Amazon Echo Dot/plus a Firestick in the lounge was like home from home. The property was very clean, cosy and importantly for us, a comfortable bed too. It was in a nice quiet residential area, close to a Co-op, take-aways and several pubs/restaurRead moreants. Good communication with owners, plus a very welcome cake and biscuits upon arrival. Highly recommended and would definitely book there again. Hide
