The christmas lights are up, the mince pies are out and there's even a little bit of snow on the forecast! Here at Ingrid Flute's we love Christmas, there's always so much to see and do in Yorkshire and it's magical watching the Yorkshire landscapes transform into winter wonderlands. If you're planning on spending the festive season in Yorkshire this year you'll be spoilt for choice on wonderful Christmas markets, delicious seasonal food and great events for all ages, we've rounded up some of our favourites below...all that's left to do is start on that Christmas shopping!
Harrogate Christmas Market
An award winning (and very popular!) market which is now in its 6th year! Visit here for locally produced food, drinks and gifts with a strong Yorkshire theme.
St Nicholas Fair, York
Meet Santa, shop for those last-minute gifts at this wonderful festive market in the cntre of historic York. You'll find plenty of local arts and crafts, handmade soaps and chocolates.
Christmas Fair at Duncombe Park
Each year independent stall owners set up shop within the grounds of Duncombe Park's stunning and historic estate, selling a variety of luxury gifts. Duncombe Park is rarely open to the public so this is a rare treat to admire the impressive interiors and parkland.
