Our team

The Ingrid Flute's Yorkshire Holiday Cottages team are local people, passionate about what they do. With a variety of backgrounds each person brings a different strength to the team, and above all, they want our customers to have great holidays!

Recruitment, marketing and property management

Ingrid Flute's Yorkshire Holiday Cottages have two property recruiters who work with owners to add properties to the portfolio. Wendy works in our Leyburn office in the Yorkshire Dales, Aggie is based in Whitby and covers the North York Moors, Vale of York and the coast. Louise, our Property Recruitment Administrator, assists in getting properties live and available for booking. All work closely with Kirsty who does the marketing work and with Joe who is our Property Management Supervisor. General Manager Sarah and Operations Manager Peter help out as necessary and try to ensure that all our owners have a great relationship with the team.

Operations team

The Operations team

We have a great team of local experts who provide a excellent customer service. Despite covering a wide area, there is always someone who has visited every property and can provide that extra bit of information when required. Emma, Gemma, Clare, Peter, Catherine, James and Bernice have a wealth of knowledge and experience that they love to share. So, if you have any questions about a holiday property or where to eat, what to see and of course the basics like where to park, don't hesitate to get in touch.

Our quality assessors

Our Quality Assessors

We have two Quality assessors who visit properties and award a star grading according to the TOCC Quality Assurance Scheme. This is to ensure accommodation provides minimum standards and meets visitors expectations. All new properties are graded when we start to market them and we are in the process of grading all our cottages. Laura works in Whitby and the rest of the coast area and Donna does the gradings in the other areas. We love having our own assessors as both Laura and Donna quickly build up a relationship with owners and are on hand to offer advice throughout the year, not just at grading time, which we know our owners really appreciate.
