We really enjoyed our stay at Daisy cottage Comfortable and large bed in main bedroom, nice linen and fluffy towels and good water pressure and plenty of hot water in the shower were much appreciated. Location of the cottage was very convenient for us and the bus stop outside is great plus. We bought a 3 day bus pass online and didn't move the Read morecar once in those 3 days. Visiting Whitby, Saltburn and Robin Hood's Bay by bus avoided finding car parking spaces and enabled us to walk parts of the Cleveland Way without having to return to the start to pick up our car at the end of our hikes. Another wonderful stay in this bright, light and welcoming cottage. The decor makes us feel instantly relaxed and the tranquil garden is such an asset. Sitting outside in the mornings with a cup of tea listening to the birds is a delight. This is our third stay in this lovely cottage and we coincided with a summer storm - Storm Floris - this timeRead more around despite it being August! The excellent array of games in the cupboard were much appreciated for the wet and windy days we ended up having. Charades was a big hit with the whole family! The cottage was ideally situated for taking the bus into Whitby, as well as walking to either Runswick Bay or Staithes. The meat from the butchers was excellent quality and the local fish and chip shop tasty. We hope to return again as we always have a comfortable and relaxing stay. Hide

This is really well equipped and appointed cottage. We have stayed in many cottages and this one has been well thought out with good levels of equipment and very clean, From previous visitors comments, in the visitors book, it would seem that this is the general consensus with many repeat bookings which speaks for itself.
