Nestled on the edge of Filey, just 3 miles from the coast, the delightful village of Hunmanby in North Yorkshire enjoys proximity to an array of interesting towns and cities. The seaside town of Scarborough is 9.5 miles away and just 9 miles to Bridlington. Spend an afternoon walking the Hunmanby Heritage Trails and learn about the village’s interesting history dating back to 1086. Both the Yorkshire Wolds Way and Cleveland Way walks end at Filey, just a few miles from the property. Hunmanby Gap is a beautiful secluded beach just 2 miles away and many local pubs can be found after a pleasant 10 minute stroll from the property down into the Village. Visit the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery located in the centre of this historic village, where you will be able to sample local malts, have a tour of the distillery or simply enjoy the delicious coffee shop.

Park your car and enter the elegant retreat through the porch, where you will find a place to hang your coats and store your muddy boots. Step into the open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area which makes up the social hub of the home, with even a record player and vinyl collection for your enjoyment. To the right is a stylish and fully quipped kitchen with all you need to rustle up a romantic meal for two. Opposite, there is a large comfortable sofa bed, where you can chose to listen to the vinyl provided or watch a film on the Smart TV. Alternatively, simply lie back, relax and savour the beautiful sea view from the feature window and the artwork of local wildlife. Completing this area is a delightful bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower and a WC. When the day is over, retire to your welcoming king-size bedroom, complete with plenty of storage and thoughtful attention to detail. Open the bedroom doors and step out onto a private decked area, where you will find the sparkling hot tub, wonderful countryside views and comfortable seating area.

Outdoors, the pretty garden stretches around the side of the property, leading to a fully enclosed decking area. Here you will find comfortable garden furniture and an electric BBQ for perfect al fresco dining. Unwind, relax and discover ultimate hydrotherapy pleasure in the private hot tub surrounded by sweeping views of the countryside and a variety of visiting wildlife. There is a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and space to store bicycles and and ample off-road parking.
