Enjoy a seaside getaway in this chic spacious apartment in a grand historic building in the South Cliff area of Scarborough. Sleeping two people in one bedroom, it’s a perfect accommodation option for romantic couples who are seeking seclusion as well as friends wanting to explore  – while also still being close to all of Scarborough’s attractions. There is a comfortable pull out bed that is ideal for friends booking or for those who snore!

Step inside and you’ll be embraced by the calm ambience of the spacious open-plan living/dining/kitchen area. Take a moment to make yourself at home in the welcoming living area, which features fabulous high ceilings and is flooded with natural light from the large windows - the bay window is especially beautiful and the original architecture can be seen in the mullioned windows. Make your way to the well-equipped kitchen to whip up a delicious meal for your special someone, and then enjoy an intimate dinner at the dining table while you watch the world go by through the large bay window. After dinner, there's a cosy snug area, complete with sofa bed. At the end of the day, there’s a lovely king-size bedroom waiting for you again with large windows so you can make the most of the views. And, for guests who love a lazy lie-in there's a Smart TV and a table that can be pulled over so you can enjoy breakfast in bed.

This lovely property is just a 2-minute walk from the South Cliff and sea and the Esplanade. Wander through the lovely Peasholm Park (1.5 miles). Rent a rowboat to explore the lake, or enjoy a romantic picnic for two in the lush meadows. Alternatively, head to Scarborough Harbour (1 mile), hop onto a boat and sail away for a day. Take a fishing trip, a wildlife cruise or visit Bempton Cliffs (16 miles), where you can see thousands of seabirds. There is a lovely Italian Resturant within 5 mins walk as well as all the town has to offer both seafront and locally.

We have stayed at Easby Hall four other times but never at this apartment. We were met by the caretaker, Chris, who gave us a lovely, friendly welcome and took us through the apartment in a very comprehensive way. All the apartments in the building have a different configuration so it was very helpful to be guided through things, especially thingsRead more like which windows opened ( they are large sash windows and so its important not to force them). The property is very bright and spacious and was spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. We had varied weather and it was cosy and warm on cold, wet days but bright and airy on hot ones. It was the best apartment we have stayed in in that building and we will certainly return. Hide

Location is good for the South Bay and local shops. It was good having a caretaker who was very helpful in meeting us at the property when we arrived and showed us around. Good not to allow pets and no smoking in the apartment.

A really great apartment, one of the best weve booked. The location was perfect near the south cliff gardens and it was a good walk into town. Chris the caretaker was very helpful and knowledgeable about the history of the building and Scarborough itself. We would definitely book it again.

On arrival the caretaker was very pleasant, very welcoming, and showed us through the apartment and explained the facilities. Clean and tidy property.
