The property is just 7 miles from the historic market town of Beverley, and for a day at the seaside, the vibrant resort of Hornsea is within 20 miles. For walkers, the Yorkshire Wolds are just 13 miles away.

The detached holiday home is bright and airy, with far-reaching rural views from its large windows. The ground floor comprises an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, decorated in a contemporary style with neutral paintwork and little pops of colour in the soft furnishings and accessories. Whip up tasty treats in the sleek kitchen area, to enjoy together at the rattan dining set, before sinking into the sumptuous corner sofa to watch the Smart TV. Also on this floor is a bunk bedroom and a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room. A gorgeous family bathroom and a large utility room complete the ground floor. Upstairs, set under a sloping ceiling with skylights, is a fabulous double bedroom. Outside, dine alfresco on the large patio, taking in the panoramic views. Fenced paddocks surround the property, ideal for exercising furry friends and playing outdoor games.

Wander amongst its historic streets, boasting elegant Georgian townhouses and an impressive Gothic minster, before grabbing a bite to eat in one of the cute cafes or cosy pubs.
