Visit Beningbrough Hall (7 miles), a Georgian gem housing artworks and antiques, with eight acres of beautiful gardens, a wilderness play area for children and plants for sale. Historic York has a wealth of splendid sights, from the magnificent Gothic Minster and city walls to the National Railway Museum.
