With a subtle nautical theme inside and a spacious garden out, you’ll feel at home from the moment you step into this cosy abode. What’s more, Filey Beach is just a few hundred metres from your doorstep, welcoming dogs in certain areas at all times of the year.

Welcoming you into the property is the handy hall with plenty of space to put down your belongings before heading through to the relaxing lounge/diner to put your feet up. The dual-aspect room is filled with natural light, alongside two leather sofas and a dining table creating a versatile space for socialising, dining and entertaining. The kitchen area has a country feel with a neutral colour palette, providing everything you’ll need to prepare a home-cooked meal or serve up a local takeaway as a treat. All three bedrooms can be accessed from the hall, including the playful seaside-themed twin, and the two delightful double bedrooms which offer flexibility in the sleeping arrangements. Completing the property are the two bathrooms, one of which has a shower over the other which features a shower for convenience. Outside, you’ll find a pretty patio area where you can soak up the sunshine, or relax in the shade under the retractable canopy whilst the children enjoy garden games on the lawn.

Avid walkers could spend a day walking along the Yorkshire Coast Path for an invigorating route surrounded by interesting flora, fauna and wildlife, accessible from Filey less than a mile away. Filey itself has a lot to offer for all ages, from the Farm Park to Glen Gardens, as well as an array of independent shops and eateries for you to enjoy. Further north, why not pay a visit to Scarborough (9 miles)? Here you’ll find an abundance of beaches, as well as historic points of interest such as Scarborough Castle and Anne Bronte’s grave.

Beautiful little bungalow in a lovely location, perfect for what we required. Had everything we needed to be able to cater for ourselves and good bathrooms and bedrooms.

Very nice cottage which had plenty of room. Perfect location for the beach and Filey is a short drive away. We had awful weather so couldnt venture out much but in good weather it would be perfect.

This bungalow is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the wonderful Filey beach. It's then a short stroll along the sand into Filey, when the tide is out! The bungalow is very comfortable and warm, and although it's a little dated in parts, it felt like a home from home, with plenty of space. The bathrooms were excellent. The photos of the site are valid but dont mention the public footpath within 1 metre of the lounge window that is often used by residents of the nearby Primrose Valley so the view of the sea has to be limited to the quiet times. All the facilities quoted are present but minimally represented - a trip to Filey Tesco was essential first thing. The beRead moreach below is great though the climb back up from it proved difficult for my 74 year old wife. Holiday cottages do not allow me to amplify further! Hide

Great property, very clean and well equipped, a real home from home. The property as a totally enclosed garden so perfect for dogs. Perfectly situated for Primrose Valley and the pubs, food outlets and shop there. 5 mins or so walk to the beach where you can walk along to Filey. If you want to venture a little further it is only a short drive to BrRead moreidlington, Flamborough, Scarborough or Whitby. Very well positioned property with good access to facilities and beech nice to have off road parking for two cars. Outside garden and summer house was nice pity weather was not better restricting our use .
