It is only 50 yards from the nearest pub and two minutes to the Cleveland Way footpath. A range of shops can be found in the nearby village of Hinderwell. Because of its layout the house can be used by a smaller party not using the second floor.

Lounge: TV with Freesat and DVD, micro hi-fi with iPod dock/radio. Open fire, bay windows and doors leading into the conservatory.
Dining Room: TV and DVD player with dining table and chairs.
Kitchen: Large US style fridge/freezer with ice maker and cold water dispenser, electric cooker, oven with grill, washer dryer, dishwasher, portable radio and microwave. Breakfast table and chairs.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: King-sized bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3: Single bed, wardrobe, drawers and en-suite shower room.
En-suite Shower Room: Shower, toilet and washbasin.
Bathroom: Bath, separate shower, toilet and washbasin.
