Property Details
This very comfortable large family house is situated in the top part of the village of Runswick Bay with sea views from the top floor. It is only 50 yards from the nearest pub and two minutes to the Cleveland Way footpath. A range of shops can be found in the nearby village of Hinderwell. Because of its layout the house can be used by a smaller party not using the second floor.
GROUND FLOOR:
Lounge: TV with Freesat and DVD, micro hi-fi with iPod dock/radio. Open fire, bay windows and doors leading into the conservatory.
Dining Room: TV and DVD player with dining table and chairs.
Kitchen: Large US style fridge/freezer with ice maker and cold water dispenser, electric cooker, oven with grill, washer dryer, dishwasher, portable radio and microwave. Breakfast table and chairs.
FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: King-sized bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3: Single bed, wardrobe, drawers and en-suite shower room.
En-suite Shower Room: Shower, toilet and washbasin.
Bathroom: Bath, separate shower, toilet and washbasin.
SECOND FLOOR:
Bedroom 4: Double bed wardrobe and drawers
Bedroom 5: Full-sized bunk beds and drawers
Shower Room: Shower, toilet and washbasin.
Pets: Two well behaved dogs by arrangement with the owner.
Parking: Parking for three cars in a private road next to the house.
Heating: Open fire in lounge and oil central heating.
Garden: Enclosed front and rear gardens with patio and garden furniture.
Short breaks: Short breaks not accepted at peak times.
Notes: Please bring your own towels. A cot and high chair can be provided. There is an additional folding bed by arrangement. Reduced price for up to 5 people outside of peak weeks, please ring to ask for details.
Runswick Bay
