Property Details
This annex to a bungalow is situated at the end of the village of Hunmanby with free views over the countryside. It is only a ten minute walk to the village centre with pubs, shops and all other amenities. Hunmanby is nine miles from Scarborough and nine miles from Bridlington. The seaside town of Filey with its sandy beaches is about two and a half miles away.

Kitchen: Fridge, electric cooker with grill and oven and microwave with breakfast bar overlooking the fields.
Bedroom: Double bed which can be separated to make it into two single beds. Built-in wardrobe.
Bathroom: Bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin
Availability: 6th April - 5th October 2013.
Pets: Sorry no pets.
Garden: Use of the garden and large patio behind the bungalow.
Parking: Car parking space for one car in the drive.

Hunmanby
Hunmanby is a large village situated about three miles away from Filey. It is surrounded by stunning scenery and beautiful landscapes looking over the seaside resort of Filey. Its name originated with the Danes, appearing in the Doomsday Book Hundemanbi meaning farmstead of the hounds men. Hunmanby boasts its historic market place cross which signifies the villages importance in Yorkshire Trade. It has an historic pub called the Whitby Swan which has stood for many centuries. It is an ideal location for walkers.
